ELIGIBLE AGE CRITERIA
- FOR NURSERY- Minimum 3 years.
- FOR LKG- Minimum 4 years.
- FOR UKG- Minimum 5 years.
- FOR CLASS- I- Minimum 6 years.
- FOR CLASS- II- Minimum 7 years.
- FOR CLASS- IIII- Minimum 8 years.
- FOR CLASS- IV- Minimum 9 years.
- FOR CLASS- V- Minimum 10 years.
- FOR CLASS- VI- Minimum 11 years.
- FOR CLASS- V- Minimum 12 years.
- FOR CLASS- V- Minimum 13 years.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
- Admission is open to any applicant, who meets the age eligibility.
- Admission will be offered on the basis of vacancy and seat availability.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS TO ATTACH/ UPLOAD WITH REGISTRATION FORM
Please attach/ upload the self-attested photocopy of-
- Birth certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation/Gram Panchayet /Ward/Hospitals/Nursing Home or equivalent authority.
- Aadhar of Child, Mother & Father/Guardian.
- Current Residential Proof (Any One)
- Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
- Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
- Voter I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
iv) Passport size picture of applicant, mother, father/guardian – 3 set each.
v) Medical fitness certificate
vi) Blood group
Vi) School Leaving Certificate/TC of last class attended [original SLC/TC to be submitted if admission is confirmed]
